I used to think model trains were really cool growing up. I think I liked all the miniatures and the detail in everything. Several months ago, I was at a toy store that carried a pretty wide selection of model trains and accessories and it didn't take long for me to put together how expensive that hobby is. The trains are outrageously pricey! I guess I should be thankful that I never got into them. Legos are much, much cooler anyway.
