Then This Happened: Part 90

I so wish this Highland Park shop was still open. Nimish has a really great leather camera bag that he picked up there and on the cheap, too. It's gone everywhere with him and it shows. Sort of vintage to begin with and now even more so.

I've never even been to Frank's but I hear it was filled with all kinds of old equipment to look at. It scares to think about how much time I might have spent just looking at things there.

Still looking for you, Camera Bag. I will find you one day.

Then This Happened: Part 89

Posted 44 minutes past deadline due to a movie distraction and a shoddy internet connection. The final waning minutes of the day were spent frantically trying to get the internet to connect but to no avail. The streak ended at 88 consecutive days.

I was inconsolable. So disappointed and mostly in myself. But hey, it was a good run and all anyone can do is get back on the horse and press on, right?

Go M's!

Not a bad way to spend an evening. Highly recommend.

Sunday night dinner. Being able to make a meal feels so good. Even if it's a simple one.

It was a pretty wet winter this year. The trails got messy.

Then This Happened: Part 80

Went skiing all weekend. I really wish I lived closer to real mountains but trips like these have to suffice for now. Colorado's Arapahoe Basin was awesome.

Then This Happened: Part 78

I hear the weather is nice in SF this weekend. That probably applies to most of the California coast but I'm off to Denver, where it's dumping. Could be an epic weekend for playing in the mountains.

Then This Happened: Part 74

Some days you just don't have it. I don't really like this one but oh well. I tried and the streak is alive and I'll live to fight another day.

Until tomorrow.

I like. I'm probably way behind on noticing this but Red Bull certainly has the coolest can tab out there. I love that the bull logo is punched right through the tab instead of the usual oval opening. Awesome!

JOLT! I remember so many kids obsessing over this stuff when I was growing up. Apparently it now comes in a disgustingly large can.

My brother doesn't drink Jolt, and neither do I, but it always makes for a good photo op!

Raspberry and blueberry bran muffins.

YUM. I hope that one day I can be even half the baker that my mom is.

Took this photo several minutes after getting sick over the side of the boat. Not sure if open water is for me but the sky sure was nice. Maybe I'll take some Dramamine next time.
