Then This Happened: Part 321


I'm pretty confident making my mom's curry these days. It's never as good as it is when she makes it but hey, at least it turns out alright and reminds me of home.

Tonight was my first go at what appeared to be a simple salmon and couscous dish. Instead of adding salt and paprika to the lemon zest, I added them to the chopped red onion and lemon juice. And like that, with no extra lemon to start things over, it all ended up in the garbage disposal.

Better luck tomorrow.
