Yep. Didn't know about it beforehand so I learned something new today. Pretty Interesting.
Yeah, it's a cool lens and technique. Someone at the Academy had one, or maybe it belonged to the photo department. If you search around on vimeo you'll find a bunch of other videos. Tilt-shift had a little run of popularity last year.
