Tom And Christie And LACMA
A few weekends ago, Nimish and I were out adventuring all over LA, shooting photos the entire way and refusing to turn in for the night. So we're driving down Wilshire when we stumble upon the "Urban Light" exhibit at LACMA. The 202 vintage street lamps couldn't be ignored. Not a chance. Within minutes, we were parked and walking over to the installation with cameras in hand. Just as we parked, another car pulled up and Christie and Tom popped out to take photos of their own. We quickly started to throw around the idea of offering to take some photos for them but before we knew it they were asking us themselves and there we were! With everything that we jam-packed into that night, it's not surprising that we met two complete strangers and ended up taking photos of them for a half an hour. Random things like that seem to happen all the time in LA and I love it.

Then This Happened: Part 23

The Blue Angels flying high. I dedicate this to Peter Liu, who loves the Blue Angels more than anyone else I know, even though he's in China right now and the Chinese aren't allowed to look at blogs. So Peter, if you're looking at this via proxy server or some other sneaky means of fully accessing the internet, this is for you! Honestly, who else would this photo be for?

Then This Happened: Part 15

The sky has no color in Beijing but the buildings are impressive. The Chinese are always building.
Always.
